Accounting Clerk- Direct Hire

MGR, a Teamshares network company, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our client's accounting team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of accounts payable
• Assist with accounts receivable
• Account reconciliation
• Daily data entry of accounts detail. Utilize accounting software
• Support accounting functions by preparing necessary documentation for reporting
• Maintain organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other relevant documentation
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• Proven recent experience in an accounting role required
• Experience with AP, AR and reconciliation required
• Proficiency to learn accounting software quickly
