Job Description

Western Tidewater CSB is seeking an Administrative Specialist for Veteran Programs.
Responsibilities and Duties for an Administrative Specialist:
Assist in maximizing the effectiveness of the Care Coordination Department by performing assigned job responsibilities.
Must have acceptable oral and written communication skills, proper phone etiquette, and the ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and manage time appropriately.
Exercise sound judgment, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Provide clerical support to the program
Qualifications and Skills for an Administrative Specialist:
Associates Degree in business related field Preferred
High School diploma (REQUIRED)
Minimum one (1) year of clerical and/or administrative support experience
Experienced in utilizing Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access
A valid driver’s license with an acceptable DMV record (REQUIRED)
