Select Staffing is now hiring a Air Freight Import and Export Agent for a well-known logistics company in South San Francisco, CA!
Pay: $23-$28/hr. BOE
Shift: Monday to Sunday, 5 days/week, 9:00am-5:30pm, 11:00am to 7:30pm, 12:00pm to 8:30pm, be flexible for weekend and holiday
Tasks and responsibilities:
•Insure smooth and efficient import and export operations
•Receive orders/bookings from customers
•Coordinate with clients regarding freight clearance instruction, type of Bill of Entry and prepare documentation for customs clearance
•Communicate proactively with customers on shipment status
•Insures KPI performance accordingly to customer agreements and network requirements
•Resolve issues regarding cargo shortage/ damage/ claims
•Maintain systems and operational processes

Skills and experience:
•At least 2 years of Air Import and Export Experience
•Good accounting and analytical skills
•Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
•Organization skills and Detail oriented
•Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic freight environment
