• Commitment to ongoing learning and skill advancement.
• Competence in basic math, reasoning, and computer applications such as ROC40 App.

The Role at a Glance:

• Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Complete machine assignments and monitor production efficiency.
• Executing material analysis and maintaining production documentation via IQMS.
• Troubleshooting machinery issues to enhance performance.
• Conducting secondary processes like pad printing and packaging.

Your Performance Benchmarks include:

• Demonstrated proficiency through Routsis training.
• Monthly safety module completions.
• Expertise in cell setup and operational troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• High school diploma or GED, MS Office skills, and must pass pre-employment screenings.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended 12-hour periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
