We are seeking a proactive and motivated Real Estate Virtual Assistant - Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for real estate agents. This remote role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and text messages to potential leads.
Follow up with inbound leads through multiple communication channels.
Qualify leads based on set criteria and determine their readiness to buy or sell.
Schedule appointments for real estate agents with qualified leads.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into clients.
Track and report daily call logs, appointments set, and lead conversion metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle objections professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or telemarketing preferred.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other real estate tools.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of real estate terminology and industry trends.
Experience with lead generation platforms.
Familiarity with scripts and objection-handling techniques.
