Venturi, LLC, a Chenega company, has an excellent career opportunity for an **Intermediate Program Control Analyst** who will compile financial information and analyze cost estimating and financial data processes from Government and corporate perspectives. This individual shall be fully versed in Government budgetary processes and requirements, obligation/expenditure tracking, and the DoD planning/programming budget system. **This position can be filled as full-time (32 to 40 hours per week) or part time (estimated 25 to 31 hours per week).** **Responsibilities** + Examine and review cost records and ensure cost data is allocated correctly + Collaborate with the Venturi finance team in analyzing financial and budgetary information + Draft milestone status reports and earned value management information + Reconcile and track obligations, expenditures, and contract funding levels, including travel vouchers and other direct costs + Provide input for future years' budget projections + Provide financial data support for proposals and budget processes + Prepare budget documents and Limitation of Funds notice + Track and review invoices; generate related support documentation + Prepare cost estimating, including cost corrections and accruals + Provide Program Managers with guidance on ensuring project/program financial accuracy + Establish close working relationships with Venturi Program Manager and respective customers and subcontractors + Track Estimates to Complete, Estimates at Completion, and Forecasts + Prepare financial slides for IPRs, Finance Reviews, and Executive level briefings + Approve and manage completeness and accuracy of timecards + Work a hybrid schedule requiring two days a week in the office + Review Expense Authorizations, Expense Reports and Purchase Orders for accuracy + Prepare funding sub-modifications and purchase orders + Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED equivalent required + BS/BA in Finance or related field preferred + 5+ years of experience working within both federal government accounting and corporate systems + Background check with the ability to obtain Secret clearance **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Proficient knowledge of Costpoint and Deltek + Advanced knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook + Strong financial background and organizational and analytical skills to interpret and prepare financial reports and documents + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion + Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills + Ability to be versatile and work independently, while achieving results + Attention to detail required + Ability to travel as required. + Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed **How** **you'll** **grow** At Chenega MIOS, our professional development plan focuses on helping our team members at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
