Responsibilities: • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Working Rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of the office About Company: This is an opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams, with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
