Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee ordering, processing, payments and coop for Promotional items, literature, and
Calendars.
- Submit claims to vendors and follow up on receipt of credits for special programs
- Assist with co-operative advertising programs for large HVAC brands.
- Process credits/debits for marketing and mid-stream rebate programs
- Administration of vendor extranet sites and dealer locator programs
- Invoice dealers for Marketing programs
- Assist with dealer events
- Track, credit and claim Marketing Customer Rebates and Spiffs.
- Administer various promotions.
- Promote all marketing initiatives to increase sales volume.
- All other duties as assigned.
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as
assigned.
Required Qualifications - Associates degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel (including Vlookups, Pivot tables), Word (including mail merge).
- Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
- Salesforce, AS400 and CVENT experience a plus.
- Strong analytical and math skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Some travel required to Dealer meetings, conferences, and other training/marketing events.
Education/Experience :2 Year / Associate Degree Marketing, Business, Accounting or related field
Work Environment: Travel Required Some travel required to Dealer meetings, conferences and other marketing/training events.
Work Schedule: Hybrid Schedule, working 2 days minimum at the office/branch a week.
