Regional Nurse Consultant (RNC) – Northern California
Full-Time | $150,000 – $170,000 + Bonus

A well-supported skilled nursing provider is seeking an experienced Regional Nurse Consultant (RNC) to oversee clinical operations across multiple locations in Northern California. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone with strong clinical oversight experience in the skilled nursing space who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing leadership across multiple SNF sites
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Conduct audits and monitor quality assurance programs
• Mentor and coach facility DONs and nursing teams
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical outcomes and processes
• Participate in surveys, investigations, and follow-ups as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Current RN license in California (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience in a clinical leadership role within skilled nursing
• Solid knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in long-term care
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel within the Northern California region
